Publisher, Ownership and Funding

Ownership

JEPR is owned and published by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Ciencias Neutrosóficas (ALCN), a non-governmental, non-profit academic association with recognised legal personality.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board. The publisher exercises no control over the acceptance or rejection of submissions.

Funding

The costs of the journal (hosting, domain and production) are covered by the publisher. JEPR has no income from article processing charges, submission fees or subscriptions, and it currently receives no external sponsorship. Any future sponsorship will be listed on this page and will carry no influence on editorial decisions.

Advertising and marketing

JEPR does not publish advertising. Calls for papers are circulated to relevant research communities; the journal does not send unsolicited bulk email.

Platform

The journal runs on Open Journal Systems, maintained by the publisher at jepr.org. The same platform may host other journals of the association, each with its own editorial team and policies.
